By now most of us have heard of the "Superwoman" complex; women today are feeling pressured to do it all and have it all while looking flawless and maintaining a positive attitude. I don't know about you, but that seems like a pretty tall and unrealistic order, yet many of us are still striving for perfection- sometimes at enormous costs.

While it may be counterintuitive, often times the answer is to slow down instead of speeding up. Therapy gives people a chance to take a step back, dig deeper and to reevaluate and reprioritize according to what is truly important.
